It is composed of a room to be lived: corner living room with leather sofa and flat screen TV, reader of DVD; Dining area, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven, 4 ceramic hobs, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Vacuum cleaner ...) and all the crockery necessary to prepare your meals.

The house has underfloor heating. The shutters are either electric roller shutters or aluminum wing shutters.
