House Ty Bugalé

I propose you a new house, independent: the House Ty Bugalé (the children’s house).

 The house is being finished, here are some photos but I will put other as soon as the furniture will be installed. (For those who know my rentals, it is the same size and equivalent to the Houat and Hoedic houses).

The house sleeps 6 people.

The house comprises on the ground floor:
 a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner ...) And all the necessary dishes to prepare your meals,
 a living room with leather sofa, flat screen TV, a dining room with ceramic table and low furniture.

 an independent WC.

1st floor. 3 rooms :

 a room with 1 bed for 2 people and a big cupboard (shelves and wardrobe)
 a room with 2 beds for one person and a cupboard (shelves and wardrobe)
 a room with 2 beds for one person and a closet
 a bathroom: shower with thermostatic faucet, vanity unit, towel radiator and wc.

In the rez of putting on, a buanderie with washing machine and dryer. You can store your surfboards and bikes there. An enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Private parking.

 Free WiFi Internet access.
 The windows and bay windows are equipped with electric shutters.
